The Dandelion Tree began with a simple belief: what we put on our bodies matters

The Dandelion Tree began with a simple belief: what we put on our bodies matters.

As my mother always said, it’s what’s inside that counts. That idea stayed with me, but it took a life-changing season for it to truly take root.

In the spring of 2020, while the world was grappling with a global pandemic, I began my own battle with breast cancer. As I faced months of chemotherapy, surgeries, radiation, and immunotherapy, I found myself questioning many things — including what I used on my body every day.

I had always tried to live a healthy lifestyle. I exercised, didn’t smoke, rarely drank, and prioritized sleep. But I realized there was one area I had overlooked: the ingredients in my personal care products.

As treatment took its toll on my skin, finding gentle, nourishing products became more important than ever. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I began making my own.

What started as a personal need soon grew into something more. I discovered a deep joy in crafting simple, thoughtful products and sharing them with others. Hearing how much people loved them — how their skin felt better, softer, cared for — showed me that clean, intentional ingredients truly make a difference.

Like the dandelion, which can grow and bloom in even the most unexpected places, The Dandelion Tree was born from a difficult season but rooted in hope and resilience.

Today, every product from The Dandelion Tree is created with that same intention: to offer clean, quality bath and body care where every ingredient serves a purpose. Handcrafted in small batches in Enumclaw, our products are made to bring comfort, nourishment, and a little extra delight to your everyday routine.

I’m so glad you’re here.
